GATHER RESOURCES - build resource gathering bases in the real world. But be careful. If an enemy discovers your base they might destroy it taking your income down with it.
RESEARCH WEAPONS - These bases help you discover new weapons as you progress through the game. But a few direct hits and your new weapons are toast.
